Every time in Patong we stay in this hotel. Make sure to get double room with a gorgeous view and shower plus the bathroom. It has a great selection of meals to offer, the food is good.

I loved being just a few steps away from Patong Beach, and the hotel was also conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and nightlife. The staff were friendly and professional, contributing to a cute atmosphere throughout my time there.

The room was brand-new and good sized, had smoke detectors for the safety;)))

Huge & fairly clean hotel, its location is stunning near to nearest Patongbeach, the beach shops and Bangla street where all night clubs are there. The breakfast is abundant and the staff is always pleasant, friendly.

An oasis in the city

Waking up to the gentle sounds of the waves was pure bliss. The staff treated us like family and their attention to detail.

The rooms were a bit small for our taste and the layout felt odd, which restricted our movement a little, but we made the most of it.

Close to Patong Beach nightlife, but very quiet and relaxing once entering the hotel.

They were not welcoming to single guests who make friends with other Thai people. They have a policy of charging an extra 2000 baht penalty each night if you pay for a room for two, but invite a guest to your room. The polite smiles and false kindness quickly changes if you are a single person on holiday.

Nd to spend more time there and use the facilities..one night is not good enuff.and hope the prices for spa also can be cheaper.

The location is excellent, with quick access to both pool and beach, just steps from the room. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including fresh fruits and eggs. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our stay was enjoyable and very relaxing 🌞

Travelled with my two teenager girls 12 and 14. 3 of us loved the Impiana Cabana type rooms. This hotel is right where all the action is, one side is busy with shopping, restaurants etc, the otherside swimming pool and beach, quiet, relaxing. Security and its guards, make it a very safe place. Approx. 45 minutes from Airport (Taxi 600-650 Bhat).Compliments to the Buffet Breakfast Team, (we miss you all). It has three restaurants which are all a+++. Fun Beach Bar where Toi and team will look after you. We are glad we went in the off season, everything is alot cheaper at this time of year..Friendly helpful team. Sawadee Ka love the girls.....

Impiana beachfront resort phuket is a gem! The pool and beach access was superb, just steps away. We loved the beautiful sea view room, and their spa treatments were a highlight, with relaxing massages. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore!

The hotel was fantastic. First of all its location was perfect. It is the closest hotel to shopping center, bars, restaurants..etc with being right on the beach (you dont need to rent a sunbed). Bungalows were very large, clean and comfortable. Inside the hotel, it was so quiet and peaceful despite the noise of the city. Staff can speak English but it is really difficult to understand them. Although the spa was 4 times expensive than the ones in the city center, it was very impressive and it really counts (I've tried both). Breakfast was quite good. I think it is one of the best places to stay in Patong Beach

Rooms need a little renovation. Especially towels and taps

The beach access is excellent, sitting just steps away from the sands while being conveniently close to the town's vibrant nightlife and shopping areas. The breakfast spread rivals the best I've encountered, with a diverse range of dishes that cater to various tastes.

The air conditioning in our first room was inoperable. Even after moving to a second room, we faced issues with an unruly safe that refused to cooperate, which took away some peace of mind. The garden view ended up being a blank wall, which could be a letdown for those hoping for a nicer outlook. Lastly, the rooms could use a refresh, considering wear and tear that comes with daily use.
